William Johnson has spent nearly four decades in and around the music industry as a sound engineer, lighting director, road manager, concert television producer, livestream producer, songwriter, and independent creator.

He began playing and writing music 47 years ago, and over the course of his career has worked in clubs, theaters, arenas, live broadcasts, backstage environments, and on the road with artists and legacy acts across rock, country, blues, and roots music.

From Desert Rock TV in Las Vegas in the 1990s to TourTV, RogueTV, and live concert streaming, William has built a career around capturing the raw spirit of live music before livestreaming became the industry standard.

His work has placed him alongside members of some of the most recognized bands in rock history, and his archive includes concert footage, interviews, backstage photography, and production work spanning decades.

Today, William is the founder of Rogue Tunes and BandForge — a new artist-development model built to combine real-world music experience, modern AI production tools, visual storytelling, live performance, and serious musician development.

The Rose Dunn Project is the first public embodiment of that model.
